After hearing the news on Fox on the evening of March 22, 2010, I believe it is imperative that we get as many officials on this investigation as possible. This isn't just about Michael anymore. This is about his children, it is about anyone that is killed in the name of money and corporate interest. Michael is not the only one this has happened to. He is just the most globally prominent human being this has ever happened to. Michael was one of the artists to fight the hardest to stop it, while other artists have stuck their heads in the sand while he was fighting to expose companies like Sony for what they are doing. Michael Jackson's children did not have to see their father lying on a bed with an I.V. in his leg, eyes wide open, dead, while Dr. Murray pounded on his chest. Any doctor that would find it necessary to call his patient's children into a bedroom to watch something so gruesome was certainly not worried about his patient's welfare nor that of his patient's children. Is this the best that $150,000 a month in medical care can buy? No. This is the going amount a corporation would pay to have a thorn in their side disposed of.

Below are the individuals you can contact, along with sample letters, in furthering this investigation of Michael Jackson's homicide beyond the L.A.P.D. Since District Attorney Steve Cooley is obviously more worried about his campaign for State Attorney General, I would not worry about writing him at this point, it is a waste of time. He had the evidence before he decided to charge Dr. Murray with the insulting involuntary manslaughter charge. Start with State Attorney General Jerry Brown and work your way up. Keep writing letters and keep sending them in, once a week if you can. If you cannot send letters, then call or email, with those that have email addresses. Do not give up. You can use the sample letters as talking points or for email, but make sure you add your own personal touch to the letters. Don't send them word for word as below. The more individual the letter, the more attention it will get. If you need additional information, you can find backgrounds on Murray, TII producers or Sony on my blog at Michael's Guardian.com.

State Attorney General's Office California Department of Justice Attn: Public Inquiry Unit P.O. Box 94425 Sacramento, California 94244-2550
Dear Attorney General Jerry Brown, March 14, 2010
I am forwarding to you a copy of the correspondence I sent to District Attorney Steve Cooley in regard to the investigation of the Jackson Homicide case.
There are thousands of people that do not believe the proper attention is being given investigating this case. The coroner ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide. There is enough evidence available just to the public to support a convictable 2nd degree murder charge at the very least. Considering Michael's business dealings in the past, we feel the investigation should go beyond Dr. Murray.
We also feel that John Branca and John McClain should not be able to continue as executors of Michael's will because blatant conflict of interest exists. John McClain and John Branca both sit on the board of Sony Music and own a 5% share of the Sony/ATV music catalog that Michael had been battling Sony from trying to take over since 2002. John Branca was also fired as Michael Jackson's attorney and I have a copy of that letter as does Brian Oxman, the Jackson's attorney. There is no letter reinstating John Branca as attorney.
The rest of the information is in the copy of the letter I am forwarding. Please seriously consider the evidence and our concerns that this is all being swept under the rug.
Michael Jackson was murdered. Everyone seems to know it except for the State of California. We want to know why evidence is being ignored or tampered with.
Sincerely,
Bonnie L. Cox xxx-xxx-xxxx
D.A. Steve Cooley 210 West Temple Street 18th Floor Los Angelas, CA 90012
Dear Mr. Cooley, March 13, 2010
I am writing to you to request, on behalf of Michael Jackson, the Jackson Family and the children of Michael Jackson that you reconsider the charges you've levied against Dr. Conrad Murray and move them up to the appropriate 2nd degree murder charge.
There is more than enough evidence just available to the general public to support this charge. Dr. Conrad Murray was not only criminally negligent in his administering of propofol and other dangerous combinations of drugs, he tried to cover up his crime and subjected a small child to the trauma of watching him defensively try to revive his father after his father was already long dead.
There are many people aware of this, Mr. Cooley and we are aware of who is tangled up in this conspiracy to murder Michael Jackson. We are also aware of how much money was at stake and we are aware that you have an exploratory committee for a campaign for State Attorney General.
John Branca should have no business as executor of the Jackson Family Trust or Estate. He is employed by Sony. He owns 5% of the very music catalog that in 2005 was worth $4 - $5 Billion for which Mr. Jackson was killed. He's on the Board at Sony. He is also executive Producer of "This is It" as well as John McCain. We know that the list of producers of "This is It" comprises of most ex-employees of Michael Jackson and employees of either Sony or AEG, including Frank DiLeo. It has been common knowledge since 2003 that Sony was conspiring to take Michael's half of the Sony/ATV music catalog.
There is more than enough motive here and murder has been committed for a lot less money than what is on the table now. No Judge in his right mind should have ever left these two lawyers in charge of Jackson's will. The will is not valid, it was "signed" on the same day that Michael was in New York, the names of the children are wrong, and it was held by a man whom Michael fired for embezzlement back in 2003.
We have copies of the letter in which Michael fired John Branca and Mr. Branca has not produced any letter in which Mr. Jackson rehired him. Why would Mr. Jackson rehire a man who embezzled money from him to offshore accounts?
This is all highly suspicious considering you just announced your candidacy for State Attorney General after the Death of Mr. Jackson. Who is funding your campaign, Mr. Cooley?
There are MILLIONS of fans watching and taking note of what is going on. There are tens of thousands of fans who have investigated this. Tens of thousands who know and have this information. If the general public can connect the dots, Mr. Cooley, how will this look if someone running for State Attorney General can't put forth the effort to investigate this?
Dr. Conrad Murray has more than enough evidence against him for a convictable 2nd degree murder charge. He should have been handcuffed and jailed. He should have a 2nd degree murder charge brought against him and plea bargaining should begin with a confession of who was paying him to murder Michael Jackson.
A copy of this letter is going to A.G. Jerry Brown. This information can very easily go to press. We don't have much time. Dr. Murray's preliminary hearing is in April.
I am not accusing you of anything. I am only pointing out what is obvious to millions of those who have known this information for quite some time. We would like to believe that anyone running for State Attorney General would be on the side of justice and that justice isn't only afforded to the highest bidder. Your department already has a reputation of corruption.
Remember, campaign "contributions" still do not guarantee an election. And the press sells news on controversy. Michael Jackson is their favorite topic.
If you need any help investigating this, please feel free to contact me or any Michael Jackson fan who has kept notes. I have several hundred names I can give you.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Bonnie L. Cox (Include your phone number or a way to contact you if they would like to verify that you sent it)

Please use this as a sample letter only. You may edit, change paragraphs, omit or insert and highlight different information. You letter must be made original but you are welcome to use this as an outline. Insert the titles, names and addresses of who you are mailing to with the addresses below. Please send these letters as much as you can but no more than once a week. Keep sending even beyond the April 5th pre-trial. Don't give up! Just keep sending!
Assembly Member Mike Fuerer Capitol Address State Capitol Room 3146 Sacramento, CA 94249-0042
Dear Assembly Member Fuerer, March 23, 2010
I am writing to you in hopes of bringing attention to what is not being done in the investigation of the homicide of Michael Joseph Jackson.
As you are probably aware, Michael Jackson was killed on June 25, 2009. The coroner ruled his death a homicide after an autopsy on August 24th, 2009 from "propofol intoxication".
The information that has come out since then warrants at least a 2nd degree murder charge. Letters have been sent to District Attorney Cooley and have been also forwarded to other officials. Many have watched the proceedings of this investigation, including the Jackson family and their attorney and feel there may be negligence on the part of D.A. Cooley, we're just not sure why.
There is disturbing information that we feel should have been looked into and investigated. The troubling fact that D.A. Cooley is now running for State Attorney General has raised some eyebrows as to why he has overlooked facts such as these:
--Michael was dead for hours before 911 was called. The issue of lividity (the sinking of blood to the bottom of the body) was noted, indicating Michael had expired well in advance of Murray calling 911. Michael had no pulse on EMS's arrival, and was completely flat lined. Yet, Murray insisted that EMS continue resuscitation efforts all the way to the hospital rather than declare Michael dead at the scene to avoid declaration of death on his watch.
--Murray lied about how he dosed Michael throughout the early morning hours of June 25th, claiming he gave him five different sedatives at varying times to help him sleep. Rather, he pumped Michael's body with all five sedatives at once, then topped it off with a fatal dose of propofol, and left the house. This looks more like a planned murder than an accident. Michael's body was saturated with propofol, administered through an I.V. in the femoral artery.
--Murray turned up the heat in the room...to keep Michael's dead body from getting cold. EMS noticed it was very hot in the room when they arrived. Murray called Michael's children up to the room to witness his "efforts" to revive him. His children were subjected to trauma and witnessed their father nude, on the floor with an I.V. still attached to his leg, eyes wide open while Murray pounded on his dead body.
--Murray refused to sign the death certificate and disappeared from the hospital before doctors could question him.
--Murray gave false testimony concerning the amount of propofol he administered and the timing of the other medications he gave Michael.
Other disturbing information that D.A. Cooley refuses to look into. We are concerned because we believe that Dr. Murray did not act alone in murdering Michael. We would like to know why:
- AEG installed producers into "This is It" that have ties to Sony Music, which Michael had been battling over the Sony/ATV catalog since 2002.
- John Branca was allowed to remain the executor of Michael Jackson's will when the will is invalid. Michael's signature and date are during a time when Michael was in New York, not L.A. John Branca and John McClain (both co-executors of Michael's estate) are also executive producers of this is it and also sit on the board of Sony/ATV. Since then the deals between the Jackson estate and Sony have been flying. Branca and McClain are also getting 10% (split) in any increase in the Jackson estate while they are executors. How can they remain as executors with this conflict of interest?
- John Branca was fired by Michael in February of 2003. I have a copy of that letter as do others including Jackson Family Attorney Brian Oxman. John Branca was fired due to conflict of interest and Michael had discovered he and Mottola were funneling money to offshore accounts. John Branca has no letter of reinstatement, yet Judge Mitchell Beckloff still allowed Branca control of the estate over Michael Jackson's mother. We want to know why and if there were payoffs.
- Of the nine producers of "This is It" (oddly AEG is not mentioned, only Randy Phillips), John Branca, John McCain, Frank DiLeo and Randy Phillips have ties to Sony and have either worked for Sony or one of their affiliates.
- Tommy Mottola, who was supposedly fired from Sony after being forced to abide by Michael's wishes to leave his contract early over the conflict, is still working for Sony and is selling Michael merchandise under the Unversal Music Group label. He called himself the "gatekeeper" of Michael's unreleased music.
- Sony has been trying to gain control of Michael's share of the multi-billion dollar Sony/ATV music publishing catalog since Michael announced his intentions to leave Sony. This battle has been going on since 2002.
- Some question a connection to the 2003 child molestation charges against Michael and Sony.
- There is enough evidence within the "This is It"/AEG/Sony umbrella and all it's players to warrant an extensive investigation.
- After Michael's death, Steve Cooley announced an exploratory committee for running for State Attorney General. After Murray was charged with involuntary manslaughter, Steve Cooley announced his campaign for State Attorney General. We would like to know where the funds are coming from and why the timing of such an announcement.
They left no stone unturned in trying to get Michael convicted of child molestation when he was innocent. The D.A. at the time made sure he threw every conceivable charge at him and Michael beat them all because he was innocent. It seems a bit obvious the lack of interest this same department has in finding the real culprits behind Michael Jackson's murder.
Murder has been committed for a lot less money.
Michael Jackson was human being. He was a father with children that witnessed a horrendous and psychologically scaring result of the biggest investment Sony could buy . . . their father's death. He visited and benefactored as many children's hospitals and orphanages as he performed at concerts. Michael entertained disadvantaged children on his ranch once a month. He paid for organ transplants for orphaned children and other health treatments from those that would have otherwise perished. He made hundreds of millions happy and gave them hope in his performances over a four decade period. He loved and wanted to help children, he loved his fans and he loved God. He did not deserve what he received in return.
It is my sincere hope that there are still some human beings serving our country in executive offices that still care that a human being was abused, isolated from help, and killed in front of his children. What happened to this man is sick. The lack of interest in uncovering this disgusting crime is even more unsettling.
It is my prayer that someone will sincerely and with effort, look into the background of the business dealings surrounding Michael Jackson's death, AEG producers, the Jackson Estate executors and those affiliated with Sony. At the very least, the evidence available just to the general public alone, is worthy of a convictable 2nd degree murder charge for Dr. Murray.
Please help us restore some faith in the justice system. If they can do this to someone as loved by the world and as prominent as Michael Jackson, anyone, including you or your loved ones, could be the next corporate victim.
We would like to see those that did this to another human being for the value of a music catalog not continue to be rewarded.
We would like to see John Branca and John McClain removed as executors for conflict of interest.
We would like to see Dr. Murray face 2nd degree murder charges and criminally negligent homicide. He should lose his license over what he did.
Lastly we would like Sony and John Branca's deals concerning Michael Jackson's state investigated.
Please don't let them get away with this. If you have any questions, please contact Brian Oxman, Jackson family Attorney. Sincerely, Your Name
